- Mike is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Holding overall P&L responsibility, Mike's main goal is to ensure the initial growth of the company across all of its services. With twenty years at IBM and 30 years in senior level staff and management positions worldwide, Mike provides extensive experience and knowledge of strategic business planning, marketing, product development, business development, and customer service.

Sally Little - President Sally Little Golf, Inc.
- As Senior Design consultant for Ready For Golf, Sally Little has overall course design responsibilities for all golf design projects and has Quality Assurance responsibilities for all RFG Training Centers. In addition, Sally will assign and monitor the efforts of other golf professionals for design projects, training programs and marketing promotions. Sally is a world-renowned golf professional and international champion with fifteen victories, including three majors on the LPGA tour. In addition to her LPGA Tour commitments, Sally is a Founding member of the Women's Senior Golf Tour (WSGT) and part of the current management team for that group.
