As you can see the course is drawn to scale and meets all regulation safety standards for course design.
We have two basic designs, pictured is an "In-and-Out" design taking full advantage of the centrally
located clubhouse and maximizing play with every other hole starting at the clubhouse. Also, this
particular design could be used for any size property, for a course with the range of 4100 – 6400
meters (4500 – 7000 yards), and all on a golf course that, by design, uses about 30% less land.
The "Community" design lays out the holes in groups of threes. The Community design allows for the placement
of residences nestled within the "groups" of golf holes. Although most of the basics for each design are
similar, the "challenge" of the course is dictated by the length, the placement of hazards, and the
requirement to hit each club in your bag!
